Patch Test Notice
All clients (new and existing) who have lash/brow tinting or lash lifts will require a new patch test at least 48hours prior to treatment. This is required by our salon insurance. You can pop into the salon anytime during our opening hours to have this done - it only takes 2 minutes. If a patch test has not been carried out, unfortunately we will not be able to go ahead with the treatment. If you have recently had your covid vaccine, the patch test cannot be carried out until 2 weeks after this date. |
Cancellation Notice Appointment cancellations need to be made at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a cancellation charge (50% of your treatment.) |
